They always walk me to aisle. And the added benefit of not having to deal with Lowe's or Depot is well worth any slightly higher price. I am a strong believer in supporting local business and this is a good, decent hometown hardware store. The next time you need anything from batteries and a bag of salt to the heavier stuff...give this local merchant a try and make up your own mind.
